We are currently compiling a comprehensive database of video art works and material produced by European artists between 1960 and 1980: from primary to secondary sources such as journals, catalogues, artists writings, images, etc., by country, art scenes, networks of exchange or singular pioneer artists materials.

The website is being filled in gradually, country by country, as the research expands.

On the second hand, the partnership with the ZKM allows us to restore pioneer European artist videos that might otherwise get lost. If you know about any tapes or collections that might have the risk to disappear, please, contact us.
